Yusarina c0943e0d20 Atlas Materials UI Update 
- Separated things out so it looks better.
- Done small changes to make the ui look a bit better.
- UI auto refreshes after a successful atlas.

Yusarina 686bc0bda1 Added back texture Atlas 
- Now working with Alpha 2.
- Did some changed but it should still work, did some basic testing.
- Do want to make further changes and make the system better where possible.
